Reinforced Structural walls

Engineered panel formwork systems erected to form a reinforced concrete retaining or structural wall, with push-pull props providing precise alignment and stability during the pour. The black-faced ply panels and yellow walers are characteristic of a heavy-duty proprietary system, suited to walls requiring significant concrete pressure resistance. This element forms part of the substructure works, ensuring a robust load-bearing foundation for the floors above.

Commercial Superstructure

This project involved structural works on an upper-floor flat slab using steel columns, proprietary table or panel formwork system, with reinforcement mesh laid out ready for concrete placement. The works form part of a larger reinforced concrete framed development, with the slab designed to span between concrete cores and columns below.

Metal Stud Partitioning

Internal metal stud partition framing installed to define room layouts ahead of drylining and finishing trades. The lightweight steel sections are fixed to a precast concrete soffit above and a screed floor below, forming a stable and accurate datum for subsequent plasterboard application. This stage of fit-out works allows MEP services — including cabling and pipework — to be threaded through the studwork before boarding commences.

External Paving & Landscaping

Grey granite block paving laid across a large external courtyard or forecourt area as part of the project's hard landscaping package. The regular coursed laying pattern, tight jointing, and granite kerb edging deliver a clean, durable finish appropriate for both pedestrian and light vehicle use. Works are shown at practical completion stage, with operatives attending to final detailing and materials still staged around the perimeter ahead of site handover

Timber Staircase

A new softwood staircase installed within a freshly plastered interior, with a quarter-turn landing connecting the lower flight to the upper floor level. The open-string design with clean-cut treads and risers is presented here ahead of balustrade fixing, handrail installation, and final decoration.
